Adbian operates on a yearly subscription model. Your subscription renews automatically each year on the anniversary of your original purchase.
Each year (12 months from your purchase date), you receive a set number of credits based on your plan. These credits can be used to calculate trees in Adbian, including both Adbian analyses and Inventories.
Credits are valid for 12 months from the date they are issued. At the start of each new subscription year, your credits are automatically replenished to the full amount included in your plan.
Some subscription plans allow unused credits to be carried over from the previous year.
Your credit expiry date is shown on your subscription invoice.
If you do not wish to renew your subscription, please notify us at [email protected] at least 14 days before the expiry date. Otherwise, your subscription will renew automatically for the next year.
Testing credits have a fixed expiry date, typically 7–14 days after your initial onboarding call.
You can purchase additional credits at any time during your subscription period.
To order additional credits, email [email protected] with your request. For example:
"Please add credits for 10 additional Adbian trees."
The price per credit is the same as in your original order. For example, if you purchased 20 tree credits for $2,000, the price per tree is $100. Any additional credits will be charged at this same rate.
Additional credits share the same expiry date as your current yearly subscription.
